PayPunch has one dashboard login for people with accounts and one PIN clock for employees. Two older URLs still exist and redirect to the right place, so links in old emails keep working.

/login — the unified dashboard

https://paypunch.io/login is the single sign-in page for everyone with an account. Enter your email and password and PayPunch sends you to the right place based on your account type:
  • Admins land on the bookkeeper dashboard.
  • Client owners and managers land on their company dashboard.
  • Employees with dashboard access land on their employee dashboard.
1

Go to the login page

Open https://paypunch.io/login.
2

Enter your email and password

Use the credentials your bookkeeper (or PayPunch) set up for you.
3

You're routed automatically

PayPunch detects whether you’re an admin, client user, or employee and opens the matching dashboard.
Forgot your password? Use the Forgot Password? link on /login to reset it by email. To clock in instead, choose Clock in with PIN to jump to the time clock.

First-time setup for invited users

When a bookkeeper invites a new admin or client (company) user, that person receives an email invitation that opens the /setup-account page. There they set their own password and activate their account, then sign in normally at /login from then on.
setup-account is the invitation-and-password flow for admin and client users only. It is not how employees are set up — employees use a PIN to clock in (see below) and never set a dashboard password through this page.

/timeclock — the PIN time clock

https://paypunch.io/timeclock is the shared-device kiosk where employees punch in and out. No password required.
1

Pick how to identify yourself

Choose Employee ID, email, or phone.
2

Enter your PIN

Type your 4–6 digit PIN on the on-screen keypad.
3

Clock in or out

PayPunch opens the clock screen so you can punch in, start a break, or punch out.
See the Employee Guide for the full clock-in walkthrough.

Legacy URLs

These two paths are kept only so old bookmarks and emails still work — they immediately redirect:
  • /client-login/login (use the unified login).
  • /employee-login/timeclock (use the PIN clock).
You never need the legacy URLs. Bookmark /login for dashboards and /timeclock for clocking in.
