PayPunch is white-label: you can replace its name, logo, colors, and typography with your own so the app looks like your firm’s product to your clients and their employees. Branding lives on the White-Label Branding tab of Organization Settings.

Open branding

Open Settings from the sidebar and switch to the White-Label Branding tab.

Brand identity

Under Brand Identity:
  • Brand Name — appears in the page title and throughout the app.
  • Logo — recommended 200×80px, max 2MB (PNG, JPEG, or SVG).
  • Favicon — recommended 32×32px or 64×64px (ICO, PNG, or SVG).

Color palette

Under Color Palette, set each brand color (defaults shown):
ColorDefaultUsed for
Primary Color#0066FFMain buttons, links, primary actions
Secondary Color#F5F7FABackgrounds, secondary elements
Accent Color#00A3FFHighlights, hover states
Background Color#FFFFFFMain background
Foreground Color#2C3E50Text and headings

Typography and custom CSS

  • Font Family — choose the font used throughout the app (default Open Sans).
  • Custom CSS — advanced: add CSS rules to fine-tune styling.
1

Make your changes

Update the brand name, upload your logo and favicon, set your colors, and pick a font.
2

Save

Click Save Branding. You’ll see Branding saved successfully!

Reset to defaults

Click Reset to Defaults to clear your custom branding and return PayPunch to its standard look.
Branding changes — saving and resetting — are a SUPER_ADMIN-only action. Standard admins can view the tab but can’t save changes. Custom CSS is powerful; use it with care, as bad rules can break the layout.
